A complete CRM for car dealerships
The problem
Independent dealerships pay $500+/month for bloated CRMs, or run their pipeline on spreadsheets and lose track of hot leads.
What I built
Full CRM with automatic lead-temperature scoring, role-based Sales and Manager dashboards, a vehicle module with workshop and document tracking, and a customer timeline that logs every interaction.
Meetings in, minutes out
The problem
Teams record meetings and never look at them again — action items get lost in hour-long audio files.
What I built
Upload audio, get a speaker-labelled transcript, a validated summary, and formal meeting minutes exported to Word. Rejects non-meeting audio automatically before spending tokens on it.
Chat history the database can't read
The problem
Most chatbot products store every user conversation in plaintext — one leaked database exposes everything.
What I built
React chatbot with AES-256-GCM client-side encryption: messages are encrypted in the browser, the database stores only ciphertext. Ships with a rate-limited Express API and a Groq-powered reply engine.
A business inbox that answers itself
The problem
Small businesses miss WhatsApp enquiries at night — and every missed message is a lost customer.
What I built
WhatsApp bot that answers in multiple languages, transcribes voice notes, analyses images, and knows when to stay quiet because the owner is already replying.
